wow! what a find!
amazing host awesome rooms convenient location
Josh and his partner were amazing! the rooms were awesome and i slept so well. the location is super convenient to the beach and attractions. i loved the vibe and will definitely be back. I felt so welcome!
the archway to the car park was just a tiny bit narrow!

The hotel is near the beach. It is between the pleasure beach and the tower. several shops are very close. it made getting around so easy!

The staff was lovely and really helpful, offering excellent assistance. josh was great. He provided excellent service. everyone made an effort to speak with me.

The hotel offers a bar. It is great for get-togethers in the evening. drinks are also reasonably priced. onsite parking is available. It's a tight fit though, but still very useful.

lovely central stay
accommodating host early room great communication excellent location
seven of us stayed one night during a weekend trip. the host were very accommodating, they had our rooms ready early so we could drop bags off. communication were great, they answered all questions quickly. the location is excellent, just off the front between the central and south pier so everything is easy to reach.
the car park access were a very narrow archway, it take some attempts to navigate.

the family room includes one double bed and one single bed, it was spacious. the bedding felt clean, also the towels. the beds were very comfy, it did allow a good nights sleep.

the hosts are very friendly and helpful. they made sure to answer questions quickly. they also, nothing was too much trouble for them .

friendly staff easy access beach access narrow archway bathroom damp unclean room
the staff were friendly. they made an effort to speak with me. access to the beach was easy. it was very close.
the car park had a narrow archway. it took several attempts to access it. i found some damp in the bathroom. the room wasn't very clean, i noticed crumbs on the floor.
